Weekly Conditions

Big Batch: two File employees Sunday. Seasonal: +1 Grocery on Sun, Tue, Wed, Fri. Seasonal also enables higher weekly rank limits (S 5, A 5, B 5, C 4, D 2), with a strict maximum of 5 shifts for everyone. Frozen Vacation: Mon/Fri two Frozen; Tue/Wed/Sat one Frozen. Normal Frozen: Mon/Fri one; all other days zero.

Employees

Names, ranks and qualifications are saved on this device. Checked days off are unavailable. Rank S targets five days unless requests reduce availability. No employee can exceed five shifts per week. Every day needs an S employee.

Beta v1.1.4: “Valid” checks minimum Grocery coverage; review Regular/High goal coverage in Weekly Summary. Backups export roster and settings only, not assignments. New Schedule resets the roster and all weekly settings after confirmation. Saved schedules remain when you reopen this page.

Beta notes: One assignment per person per day; five shifts per week maximum. Saturday–Sunday counts as consecutive days off in a repeating weekly pattern. Frozen exception applies only when actually assigned to Frozen. S/A supervision for D employees is checked on the same day. Schedule edits are validated immediately. Saved data stays in this browser and can be lost if browser data is cleared; use Export Backup.
